Request closure for the correct account
Sign in to the account you want to close. If you cannot reach the account controls or cannot sign in, contact support and state that you are requesting account closure. Provide the account identifier and enough detail to resolve ownership without sending a password.
If you also want personal data erased, say so explicitly in the request to the privacy Controller through support. Closing a session or removing a browser shortcut does neither.
Check recurring billing first
Review an active subscription before closing the account. Use its subscription-management area to stop renewal before the next billing date and retain the cancellation confirmation.
Keep purchase references and any information you need for an unresolved charge. A closure request is not a substitute for a refund request, and cancellation does not automatically reimburse earlier payments.

Publication is permanent for the creator under the character-creation rules. Public Kyns transfer to the @soulkyn account after their creator closes an account so that other users' existing interactions can continue.
Do not publish a character on the assumption that closing the creator account will remove it. A removal complaint about prohibited content is a separate matter from ordinary account closure.
Closure and data erasure are not identical
The Privacy Notice describes retention after account closure, normally six years, with changes possible for legal or business requirements. It also provides a right to request erasure, subject to applicable exceptions.
The notice aims to answer legitimate privacy requests within one month, with extensions for complex requests. Keep a copy of your request and any reply rather than assuming that account closure immediately removes every record.

How do I delete my Soulkyn account?
Sign in to identify the account, check recurring billing separately and request closure through the account controls or support. Explicitly request personal-data erasure as well if that is what you need.
Will deleting my account delete my public Kyns?
No. The character rules say published Kyns transfer to @soulkyn when the creator account is deleted. Publication is not reversed by closing the creator account.
Does account deletion cancel or refund my subscription?
Do not treat those actions as interchangeable. Manage recurring billing before rebilling, keep its confirmation and submit any refund request separately from account closure or data erasure.
