Information Processed
Account details, conversations, submitted material and technical usage information may be processed to operate the service, support users, improve performance and analyze marketing. The notice lists cookies, browsing activity and network or device information among automatically collected data.
Sharing and Marketing
The notice permits disclosures to providers, advisers, employees and authorities where applicable. External marketing disclosures require opt-in consent. Marketing messages provide opt-out routes. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices.
Training Preferences
Our account guidance explains that chats are not sold and that model-improvement or training use depends on consent. It places that choice under Account > User preferences.
Moderation
The Blocked Content Policy permits human review of flagged material. Descriptions of private conversations should not be read as a promise that moderation never occurs.
Retention and Erasure
The notice describes usual retention for six years after account closure, with periods affected by legal or business requirements. It recognizes erasure rights and legal exceptions. Closing an account is not an unconditional promise of immediate deletion of every record.
Exercising Your Rights
Request access, correction, erasure or processing restrictions through the privacy Controller. The notice targets a response within one month but allows longer for complex or multiple requests.
Contact Route
Explain which privacy request you are making and its connection to your account so support can identify the concern.
