Check an Android or iPhone download at its source
Follow a download link provided through the service rather than an advertisement or a file mirror. Confirm the destination, publisher and permissions before installing. A result containing the word Soulkyn is not enough to identify the publisher.
Browser access does not require an APK. An unofficial package is not a prerequisite for using the service. If a store listing is unavailable in your region, ask support about distribution rather than installing a modified package.
Keep account access consistent
If your conversations or subscription appear missing on mobile, compare the signed-in account and provider with the device where they are visible. A second provider can lead to a second account.
On a shared phone, sign out when finished and review saved credentials. A shortcut on the home screen does not prevent someone with access to the browser from reopening a signed-in session.
When voice or media behaves differently
